What We Do.
I am a Certified General Real Property Appraiser and Reserve Specialist. The reserve studies provided are comprehensive and very easy to read and understand. Most local reserve studies are done by engineers who write reports a few pages in length and do not fully provide the information necessary to give a good reserve study of the financials. Our reports are over 70 pages of explanatory financial and conditional component analysis so when there is a change in the HOA Board leadership, the report can be passed to the next board and not have to be explained in great detail, the detail is contained in the report, not just s simple Discounted Cash Flow Analysis and not a report that does not take into consideration the financials the way a reserve study should. The HOA Board are wards of the community and the last problem any board wants to encounter is a large assessment due to an insufficient reserve study
